2026 MONTANA CAMPAIGN NEWS:

Jonathan Windy Boy…

Montana Democratic Party chair Shannon O’Brien released a statement Thursday saying that Jonathan Windy Boy announced he would be dropping out of the race for the 2nd Congressional District. She said she was “deeply troubled to learn about serious sexual abuse against Mr. Windy Boy.” She also called on Windy Boy to resign his position in the Montana State Senate.

Later in the day, MTN News reported that Windy Boy was dropping out of the race due to “health concerns.” His campaign manager shared a video of Windy Boy addressing the Crow Tribe Legislative Branch on Thursday morning. In it, Windy Boy cited “declining health” and grief over the loss of family members.

So far, this year’s campaign trail in Montana has been a wild ride, full of unexpected twists.

Montana Fundraising…

The Flathead Beacon has published a story about the fundraising reports from the federal candidates in Montana.

Simply put, the frontrunners are flush with enough cash to keep their propaganda on a constant loop in our mail and on our screens.

QUINNIPIAC POLL:

According to a recent Quinnipiac University National Poll, as the U.S. war with Iran drives up gasoline prices, 65 percent of voters blame President Donald Trump either a lot (51 percent) or some (14 percent) for the recent rise in gasoline prices, while 34 percent blame Trump either not much (11 percent) or not at all (23 percent).

The poll also found that thirty-eight percent of voters approve of the way Donald Trump is handling his job as president, while 55 percent disapprove, essentially unchanged from Quinnipiac University’s March 25 poll.

Thirty-six percent of voters approve of the way Donald Trump is handling the situation with Iran, while 58 percent disapprove.

Voters were asked about a threat made by President Trump before the negotiated cease-fire between the U.S. and Iran when he said “a whole civilization will die tonight…” if Iran did not open the Strait of Hormuz.

Sixty-four percent of voters think this threat was not acceptable, while 28 percent think this threat was acceptable.

1,028 self-identified registered voters nationwide were surveyed from April 9th – 13th with a margin of error of +/- 3.8 percentage points, including the design effect.

HEGSETH & PULP FICTION:

It did not take long for Secretary Pete Hegseth’s prayer during a recent prayer service at the Pentagon to go viral.

It went viral because Hegseth used some of the language from a prayer in the movie “Pulp Fiction.”

The Independent reports:

A prayer delivered by Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth appeared to paraphrase a speech from the cult class movie Pulp Fiction, rather than scripture.

Viewers watching Hegseth’s sermon during a Pentagon worship service on Wednesday were left scratching their heads and questioning whether he had just quoted Samuel L. Jackson’s famous monologue.

You can review another report about Hegseth HERE and HERE

Hegseth is a clown.

ONE MORE THING:

The human body was not designed to know what the worst person in the world is doing every 15 minutes.
