Some readers are probably wondering what anniversary I’m talking about. I am talking about the 40th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion.
Yes, that one.
I saw a few e-mails and Tweets yesterday with numbers – both sides of the issue like to spew numbers out to help their cause – faceless numbers. According to a story from The Weekly Standard, “The National Right to Life Committee estimates that, in that time period (since 1973), there have been 54,559,615 abortions in America.”
