One of my favorite people in the Bible is Noah. His life was quite a story. You can find Noah’s story in Genesis 5:32-10:1.

Noah was about 500 years old when he had three sons, and he was about 600 years old when God flooded the earth for 40 days and 40 nights. The Bible tells us “After the flood Noah lived 350 years. Noah lived a total of 950 years, and then he died.”

Although it was pretty tough, Noah did as God instructed him. Sometimes we probably think that doing what God wants us to do is tough, but reading about what God instructed Noah to do was beyond belief.

This month Russell Crowe plays Noah in a movie cleverly called, “Noah.” Anthony Hopkins, Jennifer Connelly, and Emma Watson also star in it. It is due to be released March 28.
