SHAJARAH TAYYEBEH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: 

You are probably not familiar with this school, but you should be. This is the elementary school in Iran that was bombed on February 28, 2026, at the start of the United States/Iran war.

There are reports that preliminary results indicate that U.S. Central Command used outdated data from the Defense Intelligence Agency to set target coordinates. The school was formerly part of an adjacent Iranian military base, and the strike was intended for that base rather than the school itself.

Supposedly, the investigation is ongoing. According to sources, the United States has not officially “taken credit” or formally accepted responsibility for the bombing.

Iranian officials and humanitarian groups report the death toll between 168 and 180. The victims were primarily schoolgirls aged 7 to 12. The Mizan News Agency reported that at least 110 children, 26 teachers, and four parents were among the dead.

It feels like the elementary school bombing just dropped off the radar. Nobody seems to be pressing the administration for answers anymore.

SIGN AN ORDER:

Late Thursday afternoon, President Donald Trump made the following post on social media:

The Radical Left Democrats, and their “Leader,” Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, have made it very clear where they stand, and that is, ON THE SIDE OF CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS, AND NOT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. They are refusing to fund Immigration Enforcement unless the Republicans agree to their Open Border Policies, which will never, ever happen again. They almost destroyed our Country, allowing 25 Million People to enter from Prisons, Mental Institutions, and Insane Asylums, those that are Drug Dealers, and thousands of Murderers, many of whom killed more than one person. Because the Democrats have recklessly created a true National Crisis, I am using my authorities under the Law to protect our Great Country, as I always will do! Therefore, I am going to sign an Order instructing the Secretary of Homeland Security, Markwayne Mullin, to immediately pay our TSA Agents in order to address this Emergency Situation, and to quickly stop the Democrat Chaos at the Airports. It is not an easy thing to do, but I am going to do it! I want to thank our hardworking TSA Agents and also, ICE, for the incredible help they have given us at the Airports. I will not allow the Radical Left Democrats to hold our Country hostage any longer. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

As of posting time, it is still murky on how Trump will accomplish this. Trump could declare a national emergency, but that could face legal obstacles. He could shift funds from other parts of the Homeland Security budget. 

It is a disgrace that TSA agents are being forced to work without a paycheck. They shouldn’t just be paid—they should be handed a significant bonus for every single day they showed up to protect our skies while being stiffed by their own government. This isn’t a partisan talking point; it’s a failure of leadership on both sides. Both Republicans and Democrats have allowed their political theater to compromise the livelihoods of essential workers.

THE POLLS. THE POLLS:

Things must be pretty bad when even Fox News releases the results of a poll that shows President Donald Trump is doing a terrible job. 

The poll asked,  “Do you approve or disapprove of the job Donald Trump is doing as president?” 59% Disapprove. 41% Approve. 

They also asked, “Do you approve or disapprove of the way Donald Trump is handling the following issues?” Iran- 64% Disapprove. 36% Approve.

There was also a Quinnipiac University poll that found a plurality of voters (42 percent) think the war with Iran will make the world less safe, while 35 percent think it will make the world safer, and 20 percent think it will make no difference.

TRUMP’S SIGNATURE:

The Associated Press (AP) is reporting that the U.S. Treasury Department plans to put President Donald Trump’s signature on all new U.S. paper currency, the agency announced on Thursday.

The move would be a first for a sitting president, since traditionally, U.S. paper currency carries the signatures of the Treasury Secretary and the Treasurer, not the president.

The AP also reported that, earlier this month, a federal arts commission approved the final design for a 24-karat gold commemorative coin bearing Trump’s image to help celebrate America’s 250th birthday on July 4.

Trump is a black hole of vanity, devouring every scrap of adoration in the room and still ending the night starving and bitter.

REMINDER – NO KINGS:

There will be thousands of “No Kings” events all across the fruited plains on Saturday, March 28. The event in Great Falls is from 12-2 MDT, near the U.S. District Court building (125 Central Ave W).
