GOOD TROUBLE RALLY:
Reminder – there’s a “Good Trouble Lives On” protest in Great Falls TODAY, Thursday (July 17) from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the U.S. District Court building.

MEASLES CASE IN CASCADE COUNTY:
The Cascade City-County Health Department has issued an alert about a measles case in Cascade County:
As of 7/16/25, 1 measles case has been identified in Cascade County, there have been 26 measles cases in Montana as of 7/8/2025.
You can find a Cascade County measles exposure site list by clicking HERE.
It’s too bad that some people decide not to get vaccinated or not to have their children vaccinated for measles. It reminds me of the idiots during the COVID outbreak who refused to wear masks or get vaccinated.
GREAT FALLS & FIREWORKS:
As reported here, the Great Falls City Commission discussed a ban on fireworks during their work session Tuesday evening.
NonStop Local reported on the work session HERE. KRTV has a report about the meeting HERE.
According to a post by City Commissioner Rick Tryon on his personal Facebook page, the commission will be “…scheduling a special commission meeting for next week, probably Tuesday evening to continue the process. Stay tuned for details.”
I applaud the Great Falls City Commission for working on this issue. I am in favor of banning the use of fireworks by private citizens in the city. I would like to see the issue voted on by the citizens.
BOZEMAN PRIDE FLAG:
I smiled when I heard about the Bozeman City Commission voting 4-1 to adopt the Pride flag as an official flag of the city. The Bozeman Daily Chronicle has the story HERE.
Bozeman joins Missoula and Butte-Silver Bow in voting to display the Pride Flag.
The response from the MAGA crowd was comical. There is a lot of hatred in the MAGA world because their leader, Donald Trump, has made it OK to hate.
During the last session of the Montana State Legislature, a law was enacted that restricts the types of flags that can be displayed on government property, including public schools and government buildings. Guess what? The Pride Flag was not one of the flags allowed!
The Montana Legislature wastes a lot of time passing bills like the above-mentioned flag bill. They could finish the session in a few weeks if they concentrated on important issues.
DID YOU KNOW?
Jeffrey Edward Epstein died on August 10, 2019 (age 66 years) at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York, NY.
Donald Trump was President of the United States at that time.
ONE MORE THING:
I think I figured out why our generation is common-sense smart. We had Lawn-Darts & Clacker-Balls to take out the stupid ones…
## THE END ##

The social media frenzy by the righties over the Bozeman flag was (and probably still is) comical. People from places all over the state that are not Bozeman all in a tizzy about what flag might be flown in some other city.
The people of Bozeman can take care of their city commissioners if they don’t like it. They are the only people whose business this is.
Absolutely. 💯
