NEW FIGHTER JET MISSION FOR MICHIGAN:

The Associated Press (AP) and other sources reported that President Donald Trump announced a new fighter jet mission for an Air National Guard base in Michigan on Tuesday, allaying fears that the base could close and delivering a win for a longtime antagonist, Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. The two even shared a hug.

Trump did this for a state with a Democrat as the governor, two U.S. Senators who are Democrats, and five U.S. Representatives who are Democrats. 

With Montana’s delegation all MAGAs to the core, I am sure that Trump’s best buddy, U.S. Senator Steve Daines, along with U.S. Senator Tim Sheehy, U.S. Representatives Ryan Zinke, and Troy Downing, will be beating down Trump’s door to get some jets for Montana. For several million dollars, Malmstrom’s runway could be repaired and ready to accept a new aircraft mission. Trump often says that he loves Montana. Prove it!  

This is a great opportunity for Montana’s delegation to fight for Montana. Git-R-Done, boys. 

ANOTHER LECTURE FROM TRYON:

Besides being a Great Falls City Commissioner, singer/songwriter, and President of Tryon Consulting, Rick Tryon takes time out of what has to be a busy schedule to lecture his Facebook followers. 

Here is the latest lecture for people who do not like President Trump:

What a sad, icky kind of existence it must be hoping our country fails just so you can go on social media and say, “See, I told you so! Orange Man Bad.”

How awful it must be to look in the mirror every day and tell yourself that your neighbors, family members, and fellow Americans are actually Nazi-fascist-cultists.

What a strong delusion you’ve fallen into if you believe that America is evil and that the American people are so stupid and cruel as to allow our country to become the kind of place that you’ve been gaslit into believing by charlatans and liars.

How heavy that load of horseshit you carry around and drop out constantly for us all to see must be.

How embarrassing for you.

I don’t know who Tryon is referring to in his post, but it would be great if he could post a link to this person or persons. 

I mentioned several polls in my Tuesday column that show President Trump’s job approval is not that wonderful. Maybe the Orange Man is Bad? If the downward trend continues, Trump won’t have the House and/or the Senate on his side for the last two years of his presidency. That may save the USA from failure. 

RINOS IN MONTANA:

I am getting a lot of laughs by reading the attacks on and the plans to defeat the Republicans in the Montana Legislature because they have not followed/obeyed the party line. They are calling them RINOs, which, if you are not up on the term, means Republican In Name Only. 

I believe if you first follow the party over what is best for your district and/or state, you should not be in politics. Pew Research recently reported that majorities continue to view both political parties unfavorably, although Pew reported more Americans express a favorable view of the Republican Party (43%) than of the Democratic Party (38%) – a shift from recent years.

So if you make the RINO list, congratulations! You are a patriot in my book!
