U.S. SENATE MT 2024:
From an Emerson College Polling press release…
A new Emerson College Polling/The Hill survey of Montana voters finds 50% of voters support Republican Tim Sheehy and 46% support incumbent Democrat Jon Tester in the election for US Senate. Three percent are undecided, while 2% support third-party candidates. When undecided voters are accounted for, Sheehy’s total support rises to 51%, while Tester’s reaches 48%.
The Emerson College Polling Montana survey was conducted October 23-25, 2024. The sample of likely voters, n=1,000, has a credibility interval, similar to a poll’s margin of error (MOE), of +/- 3 percentage points.
Check out the full report from Emerson HERE.
Tester is surging. The news is all about Sheehy’s gunshot wound and his other lies. I have not seen too many positive commercials about him. The airwaves are full of negative ads about Sheehy like the one from a Navy SEAL who deployed with Sheehy to Afghanistan. He says, “So when he says he took a bullet in the arm in Afghanistan we all know it’s not true.” He adds, “There’s no honor in lying about your service.” (Video)
Voters should understand that the scrutiny Sheehy has faced since he lied about the gunshot wound will only grow more intense if he is elected. He won’t be able to dodge the DC press corps like he does the press in Montana. Who knows what else they will find out about him?
A LESSON IN NAZISM:
Great Falls City Commissioner Rick Tryon gave his readers a “lesson” about Nazis. Tryon writes:
So, to those who continue to flippantly and ignorantly refer to Trump as Hitler and their fellow Americans as Nazis and fascists simply because they have different political views or say things you don’t like, let’s review what actual Nazis were guilty of actually doing:
You can read the rest of his “lesson” HERE.
Tryon has been calling Vice President Kamala Harris “Comrade Kamala,” and I don’t think he means it the friendly way, either. One definition says “Comrade” is a fellow socialist or communist.
Maybe he should take his own advice? Maybe he should just go away?
CASCADE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS:
The Electric is reporting about Cascade County Commissioners disagreeing over meeting protocols. That’s about as exciting as it gets.
I salute The Electric for covering this circus. The article reads like a bad soap opera.
The Cascade County Commissioners are all Republicans. They can’t get along. I guess this is why we can’t have nice things.
Fill your coffee cup up and read the article HERE.
MADISON SQUARE GARDEN RALLY:
In case you missed it, Donald Trump held a campaign rally in New York City at Madison Square Garden. Trump trails Kamala Harris by about 15 points in New York.
There were several articles referencing a rally there in 1939 that was billed as a “Pro American Rally.” According to NPR, the rally was sponsored by the German American Bund, an organization with headquarters in Manhattan and thousands of members across the United States. In the 1930s, the Bund was one of several organizations in the United States that were openly supportive of Adolf Hitler and the rise of fascism in Europe. (Source)
Trump’s rally was full of “crude and racist insults” and contained “vulgar and racist remarks from his allies.” Reuters reported that some speakers “used racist and misogynistic language in warming up a capacity crowd.” One person said Puerto Rico is a “floating island of garbage.”
The Associated Press reported:
Trump’s childhood friend David Rem, meanwhile, referred to Harris as “the Antichrist” and “the devil.” Businessman Grant Cardone told the crowd that Harris “and her pimp handlers will destroy our country.” And former Fox News host Tucker Carlson called Harris, the daughter of Jamaican and Indian immigrants, “a Samoan, Malaysian, low-IQ former California prosecutor.”
There is a lot of hate coming from the MAGAs.
ONE MORE THING:
I am proud to say I never voted for Donald Trump and I never well. I won’t vote for any MAGA candidates. Join me! Stop the hate.
## HAVE A GREAT WEEK ##

l was surveyed on Oct 23 for the Emerson poll. That was the 23rd poll I was surveyed for since the Montana June primary. Somehow I got on these poll lists, because I didn’t sign up for them. Twenty one of the polls were by phone text and 2 were actual calls. The names were Emerson(2),Dynata(3),Venture Data,Public Policy, Montana Opinion Survey,State Election Research and several I couldn’t figure the name of. They were mostly about Tester vs Sheehy with few Trump vs Biden, Harris. I just had a disturbing phone call from a close friend before he goes South for winter. He called tell me he voted for Sheehy because is War Veteran and Tester is lying about Sheehy military record. He went on for sometime how Tester lies all the time. I asked what is Tester lying about? Well Sheehy’s war wound for one thing, besides he said Sheehy got a purple heart so he must be telling the truth. He knows I’m a Vietnam War Veteran and he claimed Veterans should stick together and vote for the Navy Seal. I’ve pointed out in many conversations with him in past Sheehy problems with the truth all to fall on deaf ears. I just no longer wish to engage with MEGA as I enjoy low blood pressure and no headaches. I do believe it’s probably to late for Tester to turn this around even with new damming information regarding Sheehy military record. The Montana Press what is left of it picked up the Montana Veterans concerns with Sheehy’s lies way to late. Sheehy has just run the clock out with no serious press engagement. Unfortunately for Sheehy if elected he will be the new punching bag for the D.C. press, it will be hell for him running down the halls of Congress away from the media. There will be no peace, he will be the new George Santos. For us in Montana we will be the butt of endless jokes how this guy even got there. Senator Tester has been one of the most well liked and respected political figures in D.C. for sometime and the D.C. press don’t forgive easily. For the first time ever I voted straight Democrat, not that will matter this year in Montana.
Thanks for the comments. I have been surveyed several times, but I think you beat me! As for the Tester lies, that’s what the Sheehy campaign wants people to believe. I think there’s still a very good chance that Tester wins this race. Sheehy is hiding and only meeting with supporters.
If Sheehy is elected, he will be like a George Santos.
I took some crap from my veteran friends about my stance on Sheehy. That’s the way it goes. Maybe we can all kiss and make up after Nov 5. Thanks, JmB
I’m convinced! I mean, who ya gonna believe? Lil Ricky, cop groupie and uneducated gadfly, or all those four star generals who were appointed by Trump himself to the highest positions in government? No contest. Lil Ricky of course, who by osmosis has somehow achieved an unofficial Ph.D. in his self-described common sense with a minor in history by spending endless hours twanging away in smoke filled bars with chicken wire to prevent instant reviews!
A little history lesson for honorary junior officer Ricky.

And a word of caution for the MAGAs. When the Jewish mafia in this country got fed up with the Nazis, they decided to do something about it. They recruited all their tough mafia members and all the Jewish boxers they could find, gave them baseball bats, and sent them to bust up and beat the livin’ snot out of the Nazis! Funny how the rallies ended after that. Seems that we don’t like Nazis in this country!
So before Ricky and his MAGA pals declare war on Puerto Ricans and Blacks and keep threatening and insulting them, remember there is a limit! Little back the blue MAGAs just might end up black and blue like the Bund Nazis did!
Funny as hell history, and one the MAGAs never heard of apparently!

Tryon: Surprisingly right about something for a change. When he says, “That’s just some of the Hitler/Nazi legacy”, he’s actually correct. Of course in the usual Tryon red herring style the mostly wartime “some” he lists has little or nothing to do with the comparisons of today, as he either intentionally or cluelessly ignores everything Hitler and the Nazis did in their early years, long before the death camps and the invasions of Poland and France, to destroy German democracy and replace it with one party rule and dictatorship. Along with many other measures designed to bring the domestic population population under the boot, demonize and marginalize minorities within German society, and etc.
Grulkowski: Another of Rae’s tempests in a teapot. The disagreement seems to be over what meetings with staff require formal meeting notice and official minutes.
“unburdened by what has been”-Kamala
“Move forward into a future unburdened by what has been.”-Karl Marx
Be better, Swede. Snopes says “No Evidence Harris Borrowed Saying, ‘What Can Be, Unburdened by What Has Been,’ from Marx”

What does snopers say about this?
They say he is a Marxist economist.
Some of his former students, who are economists, say he was not.
Nonetheless, it does not mean that she is. -JmB
Is Don Harris running for any office?
