VOTE TODAY:

Today (November 2) is election day in several places across the fruited plains. Please make sure if there’s an election in your area, that you vote!

VIOLENCE MAY BE NECESSARY:

Yahoo News reported that almost one-third of Republicans say they think violence may be necessary to solve the problems facing the United States, according to a new national survey by the nonprofit Public Religion Research Institute. The finding is part of PRRI’s 12th annual American Values Survey released Monday which, among other things, highlights the continued impact of the same falsehoods and conspiracy theories that fueled the violent Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol nearly one year later.

I read the complete report and there are many findings that made me shake my head in this survey. It’s a strange time in our country – I’m glad I live in a well-stocked bunker (food, water, guns, and ammo).

THESE THINGS HAPPENED:

Former child actor Ricky Schroeder posted a video where he calls for the overthrow of the government on Veterans Day. Check out the video HERE.

There are a few nutjobs who might be brave enough to follow Schroeder’s orders…

The Washington Post reported that U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham was irate that senators were forced to flee their own chamber during the January 6 insurrection. He yelled at the Senate sergeant-at-arms. “What are you doing? Take back the Senate! You’ve got guns. Use them.” The South Carolina senator was adamant. “We give you guns for a reason,” he repeated. “Use them.”

I wondered why the violence from the insurrectionists was not met with a stronger use of force by the police. The Vice President of the United States was in the building.

THE WESTERN WORD POLL:

  1. Maybe the anti-sensible folks and militia types playing GI Jukes should be reminded occasionally that liberals have 2nd Amendment rights, too.

  3. As the covid deniers continue to kill themselves off, I found this appropriate. It should come on every tube of ivermectin as a government warning label to those folks who just don’t get it.
