  • Ryan Zinke

RYAN ZINKE:

Last Monday I wrote about Ryan Zinke announcing that former President Donald Trump had endorsed him for Montana’s new congressional seat saying, “Ryan has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Congress.”

Zinke served as Trump’s Secretary of the Interior.

It did not take long for Zinke to mail a flier with the big news. The following hit my mailbox on Monday:

With Trump’s endorsement, Zinke must feel unbeatable.

EIGHT MONTHS FOR A FELONY:

According to the Associated Press (AP), Paul Allard Hodgkins, a crane operator from Florida, who breached the U.S. Senate chamber carrying a Trump campaign flag was sentenced Monday to eight months behind bars, the first punishment handed down for a felony charge in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and one that could help determine the severity of other sentences in hundreds of pending cases.

I don’t agree with this light sentence. This was an insurrection. It was treason. People were killed and injured.

If eight months is this judge’s idea of getting tough on the insurrectionists, then what will stop them from doing it again.

One sentence would: Death by firing squad.

By the way, I know the current U.S. Attorney General has ordered a halt to executions pending a review.

I believe you could add together the IQ of the three co-hosts on “Fox & Friends” and that combined IQ would be smaller than my shoe size.

Jut recently the COVID-19 vaccine was debated:

Steve Doocy: 99% of people who are dying from COVID are unvaccinated.

Brian Kilmeade: That’s their choice!

Steve Doocy: They don’t want to die. The administration and government are saying we need mask mandates to protect the unvaccinated.

Brian Kilmeade: That’s not their job, it’s not their job to protect anybody!

The Associated Press (AP) announced last week that a third Democrat had announced a run for Montana’s new U.S. House seat. Those Democrats running include Monica Tranel, Laurie Bishop, and Cora Neumann.

  1. Jailing the hooples is a start, but if you want to prevent a future insurrection you need to punish the instigators. How much do you want to bet that will happen?

  2. I don’t think it’s too out of line to occasionally remind the gundamentalists that liberals have 2nd Amendment rights, too.

  3. If Kilmeade thinks it is not the government’s job to protect anybody, he must be in favor of defunding the police. And the military. Why does Brian Kilmeade hate our troops and police?

    It would save a lot of money though. Maybe enough to cover all the E.R. hospital bills these irresponsible anti-vaxx clowns are running up for themselves and those they infect, that hit all the rest of us in the pocketbook through higher taxes and insurance premiums.

  4. I think we’re seeing a complete breakdown of civil society. MAGAs are hell bent on using intimidation to disrupt things as mundane as school board meetings. Very scary time. I look for unending violence in the future. We’re coming to a point where might makes right. And since MAGA has even infiltrated law enforcement, we’re in big trouble. (Constitutionalist, oath keeper, proud boy sheriffs). I couldn’t tell ya where it will end, but I doubt it will be democracy as we know it.

    I’ve pretty much given up hope for our beloved Montana. We had a history of sending the finest statesmen to Washington. Now, we’ve got Rosendale and possibly eighteen count indictment Zinke.

  5. You can not be serious about death by firing squad. Do not elect a president who foments a riot. The legislative branch and the judicial branch need to stop executive action based on no EVIDENCE. iF AN ELECTION NEEDS TO BE OVERTHROWN, IT IS ONE WHO PUTS SUCH A MAN (?) IN OFFICE. At my age, I think of those who died for this country, and it is a god-damned crying shame. It is time to be angry at those who will not accept the will of the people. Ryan Zinke, Trump-endorsement, are you kidding me? Brian Kilmeade ? can people be that stupid ? When the next serious disease creates a deadly pandemic where will Brian be,? in Cancun with senator Cruz ?
