ABU BAKR AL-BAGHDADI:

On Saturday evening when President Donald Trump tweeted, “Something very big has just happened!” many responses to his tweet were hysterical.

On Sunday morning before Trump went on national television to address the nation, we already knew that our military had killed Baghdadi.

As some reports say, Trump gave a very graphic description of the operation and the killing of Baghdadi. You can read his statement HERE.

The problem I have with all this is our President is a liar. I finally gave up on believing him. Some of what he said in his statement may or may not be true. We’ll probably find out down the road.

Trump should have read the statement, then left and allowed the generals to answer the questions.

Trump should have notified the leaders in the Senate (McConnell & Schumer) and leaders in the House (Pelosi & McCarthy).

I’m happy that the mission was a success and congrats and thanks to all those involved. I’m relieved no Americans were harmed. God Bless America!

LOCK HIM UP:

With about 55% of Americans supporting an impeachment inquiry, it was no surprise that when President Donald Trump showed up for game five of the World Series in Washington he was “greeted with a thunderous chorus of boos from the sold-out crowd” according to a report from USA Today.

USA Today also reported that fans chanted “lock him up,” a nod to the motto that Trump supporters directed at Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Fun times!

These are just a few revealing signs that Trump’s reelection bid is in serious trouble.

PIGSKIN PICK’EM:

It’s been a good week for me on ESPN’s Pigskin Pick’em contest. I have 12 points going into the Monday Night game (Dolphins at Steelers). I am picking the Steelers!

This week I missed on the Eagles/Bills and Chargers/Bears but nailed the rest of the picks.

Yes, I even reluctantly picked the Packers to beat my Chiefs.

In the last three weeks, I have only scored 10, 8, and 9 points, so I may be making a comeback. Watch out!
