5 “Before I formed you in your mother’s body I chose you.
Before you were born I set you apart to serve me.
I appointed you to be a prophet to the nations.”

The sentence, “Before you were born I set you apart to serve me” bothers many people (me included). God has a plan for us – each of us. We are given a choice to follow that plan. Sometimes (many times) we don’t follow God or even read his rule book for life (The Bible). That’s kind of like going a trip somewhere and not using a map (or GPS). That is when we get into trouble!
