NO UNDERCOVER FBI AGENTS:
Some of the MAGAs went a little crazy over the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General report released this week that found there were no undercover FBI agents on the National Mall on Jan. 6, 2021. (Source)
The MAGAs concocted a conspiracy theory that claimed the FBI planted undercover agents in the crowd and these FBI agents encouraged the protestors to storm the capitol.
Now that conspiracy theory sounds like the “dog ate my homework” excuse.
BIDEN’S CLEMENCIES & PARDONS:
President Biden announced that he is granting clemency to nearly 1,500 Americans – the most ever in a single day – who have shown successful rehabilitation and a strong commitment to making their communities safer. He is also issuing pardons to 39 people.

TEXAS ROADHOUSE:
The Electric reports that Texas Roadhouse has submitted a permit application to the city planning office for a new restaurant in Great Falls. The permit, submitted Dec. 4, is for a full demolition of the existing restaurant at 1220 10th Ave. S., in front of the Holiday Village Mall, where Fiesta En Jalisco and Mi Rancho were previously located.
On our last vacation, my wife and I attempted to dine at Texas Roadhouse, but the lines were too long. I think this is great news for Great Falls and the surrounding area, although there are some good steak places in the area already.
FCS FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS:
Reminder – The Montana State Bobcats will host an FCS quarterfinal game against the Idaho Vandals tonight (Friday night). The Bobcats beat the Vandals 38-7 earlier this season. The game will be broadcast on ESPN at 7:00 pm Montana time. (Source)

Kinda hard to believe that MAGAs are so weak minded that a couple of FBI agent provocateurs could herd them all into the capital. Now that’s some real persuasive charisma, doncha think, Swede? Agreed, they are extremely weak minded, but even so most rational folks find that argument ridiculous.

Actually Larry there were buses of FBI “confidants’ (notice the word games) present at the capital.

That’s not true. The article I provided a link to said there were not FBI agents there, but there were around 23 “FBI confidential human sources”there.
The conspiracy folks have been saying there were many undercover FBI Agents there and that was untrue. -JmB
If they can believe that Republican elections officials at all levels in numerous states entered into a grand conspiracy to defraud the Republican candidate Tubby in 2020, they will believe anything.

Like i said before, after 1-20 the truth will come out.
That’s the last thing I’m worried about after Jan 20.
So a Politifact story that totally debunks the notion that there were buses full of nefarious FBI operatives on 1/6 somehow supports the claim that there were?
Only in MAGA world.
No doubt there will be all sorts of alternative facts coming to light after 1/20. “1984” types of rewriting history facts, as well as tens of thousands of new lies from Tubby and his minions. But none of them will be true.
Biden has a chance to undo one of the greatest injustices in American history, to free Leonard Peltier. His continued incarceration is a tragic stain upon the soul of or country and system of justice. There had never been enough evidence to convict him in the first place, yet the government did anyway displaying the abhorrent racism in this case. It’s time to end this travesty. He is simply a political prisoner.
