Greetings! Here are the topics for today’s column:
- Indoctrinated Women
- Trump Chickens Out
- Hurricane Relief Money
- Hello Kansas City
INDOCTRINATED WOMEN:
U.S. Senate candidate Tim Sheehy has to hope that the election will come sooner rather than later, given the last few weeks he has had.
The latest scandal is how Sheehy feels about females under 25 years old and reproductive freedom. According to the Daily Montanan:
He repeated in several of the forums that it was legal to kill infants after an abortion, after they’re born, a claim that has been forwarded by presidential candidate Donald Trump, and repeatedly debunked.
He said that the Republican Party must do more to woo young, female voters. He characterized females less than the age of 25 as “indoctrinated” and “single-issue” voters.
“Murder is the position of the American Democratic Party,” Sheehy said.
It did not take long for Sheehy’s comments to spread across the country and make him look like a chauvinist. Montanans will look like they approve of his comments if they elect him.
It’s no wonder that Sheehy is hiding from the press.

TRUMP CHICKENS OUT:
I am a 60 Minutes fan and often write about it. There was a special 60 Minutes last night that was supposed to contain interviews with the two major presidential candidates. This is the way it was reported:
“It’s been a tradition for more than half a century that the major candidates for president sit down with 60 minutes in October,” he said. “In 1968, it was Richard Nixon and Hubert Humphrey. This year, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump accepted our invitation.”
But, unfortunately, last week, Trump canceled. (Source)
It was reported that he did not want to be fact-checked. Then it was reported that he wanted an apology for his interview in 2020. Trump claims correspondent Lesley Stahl said in that interview that Hunter Biden’s controversial laptop came from Russia. She never said that. (Source)
Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz did appear on the show.
Trump is too old and his brain is like mashed potatoes. He is not mentally or physically fit to be the President.
HURRICANE RELIEF MONEY:
The lies being spread for political gain this election season are far more than I have ever seen. We can’t trust videos or posts on social media these days because many times they are lies or they are fake. They are reposted over and over. Most of the lies are being spread by MAGA people. They are even lying about the money for hurricane response.
The MAGA folks don’t like to be fact-checked. They will say the fact-checking sites are anti-Republican.
One such lie examined by Snopes stated this:
Mayorkas complains “FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season.”
Kamala announces victims of Hurricane Helene will get only $750.
Meanwhile, FEMA spent over $1 BILLION in taxpayer dollars on providing housing and services to illegal aliens.
Snopes breaks down how FEMA spends the money that is allocated by Congress. You can check it out HERE. The lies are keeping the fact-checkers busy and they can’t keep up with them.
HELLO KANSAS CITY:
Congrats to the Kansas City Royals for beating the New York Yankees 4-2 last night in New York in game two of the American League Division Series. They are tied 1-1. The series moves to Kansas City on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Kansas City Chiefs beat the New Orleans Saints 26-13 last night in Kansas City on Monday Night Football.
It was a good night to be a fan of Kansas City sports teams. Thankfully YouTube TV has multiview!
## THE END ##

You’re not going to let this one slip thru, but she has a point.

Pretty much a lot of ignorance from the young lady. -JmB
She may have a point, but it’s on top of her head. I bet she thinks Moby Dick is a medical condition.
If she’s so concerned about her tax dollars (which I doubt she pays anyway) she could go after them a lot closer to home – namely from the Grifter-In-Chief who has been bleeding the country for years now.
It’s some consolation, I guess, that he has co-opted GOP/MAGA funds – ALL OF IT, to pay his legal bills. Seems he’s finally run out of lawyers dumb enough to think he’ll actually pay them.
No wonder Timmy opposes abortion. He’s a wimp! And Montana women know it. The big tough barking SEAL is all bark and no bite! He takes the easy way out. He talks a good game, but when he’s actually asked to play, he punts! He must’a been in a special lightweight brigade in the SEALs! The TADPOLES!
“The unborn” are a convenient group of people to advocate for. They never make demands of you. They are morally uncomplicated, unlike the incarcerated, addicted, or the chronically poor. They don’t resent your condescension or complain that you are not politically correct.Unlike widows, they don’t ask you to question patriarchy.Unlike orphans, they don’t need money, education, or childcare. Unlike aliens, they don’t bring all that racial, cultural, and religious baggage that you dislike. They allow you to feel good about yourself without any work at creating or maintaining relationships. And when they are born…you can forget about them, because they cease to be unborn. It’s almost as if, by being born, they have died to you. You can love the unborn and advocate for them without substantially challenging your own wealth, power, or privilege. You can love the unborn, without re-imagining social structures, apologizing, or making reparations to anyone. They are, in short, the perfect people to love if you want to claim you love Jesus, but actually hate people who breathe.Prisoners? Immigrants? The sick? The poor? Widows? Orphans? All the groups that are specifically mentioned in the Bible? They all get thrown under the bus for the unborn.― Adapted from David Barnhart
Hmm. I wonder by what authority Ken Doll Carpetbagger decrees that abortion is murder? For you see, the only mention of abortion in the Bible is how to DO one! Maybe Shady is reading the Trump Bible! And every other major religion in the world also contradicts Tall Tale Timmy. So just where did he derive this all encompassing legal insight? I hope someone in the press asks him when he’s not to busy dodging Rez beer cans! Judging from Tim’s declining intellect, I hope the Natives throw only empties at him in the future, ‘cause those full ones seem to be taking a toll on Timmy’s grey matter! He might want to invest in a helmet for his next ride!
What the Jewish religion says.

Timmy loudly and proudly proclaiming his misogyny and ignorance. Best way I know of to attract the younger woman vote! Poor Timmy thought he had moved to Gilead, Montana! Timmy’s just gonna rope them young heifers into his way of thinking. It’s for their own good.

When you slap a woman you have to spin her around.
https://nypost.com/2024/10/02/us-news/doug-emhoff-accused-of-forcefully-slapping-nyc-girlfriend-for-flirting-with-other-man-at-ritzy-gala-in-2012-report/
Emhoff has denied this accusation.
Gosh I wonder which incident I as a voter should be more concerned about: Alleged slap by a guy who isn’t running for anything, or “jury says he did it” sexual abuse in a dressing room by a guy who is running for president.
The New York Post?? Really? You might as well start believing the crap pouring out of Trumpsky.
These red states constantly suffering the big disasters and running begging to Uncle Sam to save them might be in better shape to help themselves if they were a little more responsible about building up their own disaster relief funds and less intent on cutting taxes for their richest citizens to the bare bones. But no, no need for the type of responsibilty and self-reliance we’re constantly preaching for poor people, we’ll just rely on Uncle every time and run up the national debt some more while our politicians complain about the irresponsibility of Washington running up the national debt.
And what’s the big deal anyhow, Mike Johnson says there’s no need for Congress to come back in session and address the shortfall at the SBA for those longer term disaster relief loans. Plenty of time to deal with that after the election. Let’s take care of politics first. Those suffering people can wait.
