The 2003 movie “Bruce Almighty” was about a guy who complains about God too often, so God gives him almighty powers to teach him how difficult it is to run the world. Jim Carrey, Jennifer Aniston, and Morgan Freeman starred in the movie. See the trailer HERE.

Here is one of my favorite quotes from the movie (it’s when God decides to let Bruce run things for a while):

“There are only 2 rules. You can’t tell anybody you’re God, believe me you don’t want that kind of attention, and you can’t mess with free will.” – God (from the movie “Bruce Almighty”)

Just like when we were children our parents watched over us, that is what God (our Father) does.

We have the free will to do our own thing. We will make mistakes. We will sin. God will welcome us back with open arms because, just like our parents, God loves us unconditionally.
