Silliness

Over the weekend a few leftie bloggers jumped on Congressman Denny Rehberg saying he voted against mothers. Kate, over at Big Sky Cairn, has explained very well just what went on with this vote.

For the record, Rehberg likes mothers. He voted with 411 of his fellow representatives to honor them with this vote.

But, what is silly is this is a typical method of operation for the lefties in the blogosphere. Heck, even the left-leaning so-called “journalists” do it.

Here’s how it works: First, you tell your readers a candidate or office holder is against children. Then, you throw in that a candidate or office holder is against veterans. Now, it’s mothers.

Look for cute little puppies or kittens to be next.

Silly? Yes.

  1. Wulfgar:Truth the normal method of operation? I disagree, but thanks for the comments. Most folks roll their eyes when they read or hear about this silly stuff. Most don’t care. Most understand it’s a silly game of gotcha they play in Congress. That’s one of the reasons the approval ratings in Congress are lower than ever, ironically since the democrats have been in the majority. -Jack

  2. You’re right Jack, telling the truth is our normal method of operation, and you obviously find that silly. I linked directly to Dennis’s vote of “NAY” in the Republican called voice recount.I know how desperate you are to defend your boy’s waste of our time and money, but you could at least try and be more honest about it.
