The NCAA tournament continues. Kansas is out. Why do the smaller colleges participate in the NCAA division one basketball tournament when they play divsion two football? They never go far in the basketball tournament.

By the way, in the state of Montana do you know it is illegal to participate (if the entry fee is more than $5) in the tournament contest? Interesting…..
