The Patriots and the Eagles now head for the Superbowl. I am picking the Patriots in this one. They just seem to have it all together and play well in the big games – I will be surprised if it is even a close game. The best two teams in the NFL played for the AFC Championship on Sunday.
FYI: Fox Sports show “Beyond the Glory” that aired January 16 featured Kansas City Chief, Priest Holmes. Good show, nice man, he’s a role model.
I was sadden to hear that “THE BUS” Jerome Bettis, might be retiring. I think he’ll reconsider since the Steelers were close to the big show. He’s a great guy.
The Chiefs should try to sign Ty Law in the offseason. He is a defensive back that can make a difference.
It’s about a month until the Daytona 500 – OK, the redneck in me is coming out. NASCAR took the place of baseball for me a few years back, since baseball is like watching a aluminum door rust. OK, I watch baseball when the playoffs start.
