Three Felonies and a wake-up

Just a day after I commented about no charges being filed in the boat wreck, prosecutors have filed felony charges against Montana State Senator Greg Barkus.

As with everyone else facing criminal charges in this great country, Barkus is considered innocent until proven guilty in court, and not in the newspapers, on blogs, or at the local café.

I picked up this little bit of information today while reading some newspapers on the web.  Of course, I must make some comments…

Apparently, a man who for over 23 years has worked with drug and alcohol addicts and was “trained to observe and monitor levels of intoxication” has come forward to say that he believes Congressman Denny Rehberg “was not intoxicated” prior to the boating accident in which Rehberg was just a passenger.
